YARA Rule Cleanup

All YARA rules in rosti.dev reports have been validated using the Python yara package. Invalid rules have been fixed wherever possible.

This helps ensure the rules compile successfully and are ready to use in your own environment. Note that the validation checks syntax and compilation; it does not assess detection quality or false positives.
